View Full Version : Sam Bradford Anyone
I know i know sam bradford will be long gone by the time our pick comes around but who know"s, i was watching sam bradford via youtube and i noticed something about him that Joe Montana had which is great feet ( the way he steps up in the pocked and deliver"s the on the money to his recievers in stride) and his toughness, would"nt be a selection albeit non popular.

So did Rick Mirer and we see how that worked out.

According to Merril Hodge, he is the most accurate passer he has ever seen on tape. I know people hate Hodge, but that guy watches a ton of tape.
Honestly, I have not seen the guy play enough to make an educated evaluation of my own, but accuracy seems to be one thing he has going for him.
If he's the best pick available at the time, then sure. Unless the 49ers want to trade down...which I wouldn't mind.

Bradford's not one of the best 10 players, so we don't have to worry about him being the BPA.

Bradford overrated just like all the overrated OU QBs under Stoops before him:pards:
Id rather trade down before picking Bradford anywhere
personally id wait for Colt McCoy next year if you have to have a first round QB

You're kidding right?
I'm not sure how I'd feel about Bradford here in sf but he is a far better pro prospect then Colt McCoy.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I think Colt McCoy is a terrible prospect, personally. I kind of like Bradford.

Bradford doesn't have to read defenses. He also doesn't have to deal with defensive pressure and has a perfect pocket. He'll be a flop in the NFL

Yes, Bradford has a naturalness and rythym in his movements very reminiscent of Joe Montana.

I'd love to have him at #10, but I seriously doubt he lasts that long. He either goes #1 overall or he goes to KC or Jax.

A player's stock can rise and fall over the course of the next several months. Bradford hasn't even played in the championship game yet, nor has been to the combine, nor has had his pro day.

OU's qbs suck in the nfl - just go down the list - Heupel, Hybl, White and now Bradford
