He is trouble and his best days are behind him. There was a day but its not today. We can do better than that in the draft or F/A.

Locker room cancer. TO at RB.

Seriously, get a clue

Complement Gore. COMPLEMENT him. Unless you want to pay someone lots of money to follow him around saying nice things about him, Gore doesn't need another player on the roster just to compliment him.

Sing would never think about taking him. Too many off field issues, sounds like a headcase.

Would be a good #2 though if he wasnt such a fcuk up. I'dgive him the ball 10 times a game behind Gores 15-18 touches

No way he is overpaid, undertalented, selfish, AND always catching assault cases

No to Gonzo as well..

Two or three years ago it would have been a no-brainer but he's not the back he used to be and not worth the headache or his contract. Maybe if he was willing to make a pay cut, but only maybe then

Why trade for a vet at RB at all? RB’s are in abundance in the NFL right now between the draft and FA. We can get a complimentary back to Gore without having to break the bank to do it.

There is a story on ESPN insider about Larry Johnson, he wants to play for an east coast team or the Dallas Cowboys.

Also one about TJ Housh and he was in chicago on radio interview saying he likes lovie smith and would consider signing with duh bears

Good. He can enjoy watching his career die somewhere else.

Larry Johnson is as talented a RB as there is in the NFL, but he's also a ****in jerk. He'll bring every around him down if he's not getting his way.

And the dealbreaker: He won't wanna split carries with anyone.

LJ is done. Even if he wasn't a cancer, was still good, and came for a cheap price, he's not the type of back we need in our 2 back system.

Actually if he was still good, wasn't a cancer, and came for cheap then he would be exactly what we need in our two back system. A big bruiser back to compliment Gore. Unless you're thinking of a speed back to go w Frank.

Either way I don't want him. He's garbo

You have a problem paying 6 plus million a year to a backup runningback? Geesh, glad you're not our GM...

I agree in that we don't need him and can do better. I more or less started the post for the humor factor. I don't agree with bringing guys like that into an organization. Jerry Jones can go get him, thats his kind of guy.

not a team player, beats up women in his spare time, is old, is injury prone...thats what we need two expensive backs on IR while M-Rob proves why he is a special teamer. He runs like gore. why compliment eggs with eggs. give me some bacon. I want something that sizzles. not something that fizzles

The Eagles could use him for short yardage and as a compliment to Westbrook.

Me too! But delusional Davis won't let him go unless it is for a 1st day pick. They are planning on moving him to FB and he is not happy about it. He hates blocking and he thinks he can be a #1 back.
