My first Niner game

I'll be arriving in Oakland tomorrow night at 8:40. I'm staying at Roadway Inn Downtown San Francisco on 101 9th Street. I like to avoid taking a cab to my hotel to avoid the charge. Is there a Train that takes me form Oakland to my location? How easy is it to take it. Keep in mind, I'll be with my wife, 2 suitcases and a 2 year old.
