Does anyone have any idea what the date is for next years hall of fame celebrations?

Everyone knows Rice is in and I have to be there. I would love any information on when this is going to place. I know it will be August but the exact date is what I am looking for. All should be there to support him, I wonder who he is going to have introduce him. I am excited for him, the greatest of all time will finally get inducted into the shrine.

Emmitt Smith is also eligible, maybe the game will be 9ers vs. dallas.

I am going to try my best to be able to get tickets to go next year. The place is going to be absolutely filled with 49er fans. My only concern is that once the tickets are made available they will sell out really fast. It will definetly be in August because it almost always is. The day they probably haven't set yet. All I know is that I can't wait to see Jerry Rice get enshrined!

Just checked available tickets for this years cerimony and game, and both are still available, and good seats too, and 2 buffalo bills are getting inducted and it isn't really that far.

I AM worried about he dallas fans with emmitt getting inducted at the same time though.. I think the same weekend should be good because the season isn't going any different than last year. So it may be august 6-8, but I would love to get some definate information.

I'm there. My buddy is a diehard cowboy fan (yeah yeah excuse him) and has a connection with the HOF and Emmitt will be in next year too so he can get me the hookup. Gonna be a oldschool 80's/90's style brawl bewteen cowboy and Niner's fans at the induction ceremony LOL

Craig and Rice in the same class would be just a beautiful sight! Craig definitely deserves to be in the hall. IMO one of the best 3 running backs we have ever had, and we have had some brilliant RB in our past and at the moment. (Joe Perry, Hugh McElhenny, John Henry Johnson, Ricky Watters, Garrison Hearst, Frank Gore)

Definitely going to need some info on that as well. I'll be flying from California to see that so I wanna plan early as possible ...

I think Eddie D will be inducting him since Bill Walsh passed away (and Bill's two year anniversary is coming up this month :cry: )

I would love to see Jerry get inducted. I have some relatives that live near Canton. But I agree with other posters it would sell out fast. But I will try.

Your boy has a connection but, Does your boy have the exact dates on when the ceremony will be in 2010. Is it going to be the same weekend as this one?

they are available on NFL.com and they are about $60 each. Same with HOF game.

CT, lots of fans out this way. I love running into some fans on the street rocking a jersey or hat. They get so excited. When you don't live that close to your team, you cherish every game you get to see, and appreciate every fan in the neighborhood. Reminds me I moved.
