Blue Bird has the 1st pick.

The time limit is 24 hours per pick - 17 rounds.

This works better if you put an e-mail into your franchise info. Create a new/alternate one if you're worried about privacy stuff. Just remember to check it every day to stay current with the draft.

I recommend reading the league scoring, starting line-up parameters, and general rules - then set up a pre-draft list for as far in advance as you like.

Keep in mind, you will not be setting your line-ups each week, the league automatically puts your best 8 in for you - 1QB, 1K, 1 DEF, and highest scoring combo of 5 RB/WR/TE (max 2 RB). You'll probably want to draft a back-up QB, K, and DEF to fill in for bye weeks, this leaves you with 11 spots to fill your RB/WR/TE, and if you want, 3rd QB spots with.

I do a lot of these each year, I would suggest on the site draft (e-mail with 12-24 hour windows. 12 hour windows will take 6-8 days and 24 hour window will take around 20.

Another word of advice, if you draft in the "live draft room" your picks WILL NOT be emailed to the league. Instead go to "draft" and select your player, this action allows the site to e-mail all owners who have set up their address the draft's progress.

No doubt, I considered him at 19. But in the end I decided he is too risky for that high of a pick. He could repeat this year or he could completely dissappear.

I decided on Reggie Wayne because he is as close as you can find to a LOCK for production.

well, in this league im pretty sure you do best with wr's and rb's...the rules are a little different...i picked one early because i saw brady sitting there and it seemed like a good second round pick...you never know, he could throw 40 td's...

Because I F'ed up. I should have taken a QB last round, so I could have 3 QBs, 2 DEF, and 2 Ks, now I'm going to have to roll with only 2 QBs.

This was a practice draft for me. I was wanting to see what the QB pool would be like in the later rounds. But, this being draft master, i forgot they would get gobbled up more, since you can't make any in-season moves.

That was kind of what my strategy was going to be. I wanted to grab 3 late round QBs, and see how they fared against the higher round guys, when I don't have to make the match-up choice.

Draft master leagues you have to be deep, leaving 2 QB's is a risky choice. Bye week and position limits really put restraints on drafting. If you drafted more than 2 RB you assure yourself of at least 1 score that cant be used every week. If you have three RB's on three different bye weeks and too many other positions on bye's that week you cant field a roster. Add in an injury or two and attrition is the name of the game.

I considered the 1 kicker Idea, but then decided that having two players at every position is important. If your kicker has a bad day...you are stuck with it. If you had 2 kickers, one could make up for the others bad day. Then of course you have the bye week problem as well.

My gaffe on not accounting for rounds properly lead me to make a decision between a 2nd K or a 2nd defense. I figured the 2nd kicker has a better scoring chance to make a difference than the second defense. One week, I'll take a 0, but hopefully the others I roll.

Thought it would be safer to go with an extra receiver just in case of injuries. If I fail in this league, I'll blame it on Patrick Crayton.
