To the extent that a "he said/he said" breaks out between Bucs cornerback Aqib Talib and the Louie DiPalma whom he allegedly roughed up on Thursday morning (allegedly), Talib might not be able to refute whatever the cab driver says.

Per a league source, Talib is telling teammates that he doesn't remember what happened.

And if that lack of memory has anything to do with any beverages that Talib might have consumed in the hours preceding the incident, it's all the more reason to applaud Talib for having the wisdom to not drive

As a Bucs fan, I am not happy to hear this. He was known for getting in trouble in college and this is the 2nd incident this year. If he gets suspended, our secondary will really be hurt because Tanard Jackson got suspended 4 games a few days ago. Talib is a great player, just has to get his head on straight.

Failed drug test while free on bail

While free on bail, Vick tested positive for marijuana in a random drug test. This was a violation of the conditions of his release while awaiting sentencing in federal court for his felony conviction. Vick's positive urine sample was submitted September 13, 2007, according to a document by a federal probation officer that was filed in U.S. District Court on September 26.

As a result, U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson ordered Vick confined to his Hampton, Virginia home[47] between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. with electronic monitoring until his court hearing date in December. He also was ordered to submit to random drug testing.

Co-defendant Quanis Phillips was incarcerated earlier after his August 17 plea hearing because he had failed drug tests with monitoring equipment and regulations already in place.
