If it wasn't P.F.T. I might believe it.

Wrong place to post this. Try the NFL thread.

Sorry, I didn't realize it needed to be posted in the NFL forum. I quess that's what happens when you only post 200 times since 2006 and not 1400 times in four months.

Next time, try READING the forum descriptions. It's pretty clear, and does not require having a high post count.

Generally I would agree but dare I say they've made a jump to respecability in the past couple years. They started out as the Enquirer and some how got their foot in the door enough now to where they have real sources. The site is actually part of the NBC Sports network now. Scary stuff.

Their OL is beat-up (and can't run block when they are healthy) and their RBs are average at best.

<--- Not scured.

I'm not scared either. He was dropped from a team that was near last in rushing offense last season.

While I think the Hawks are the better competition for us for the division title, I'm wondering how they plan on going to the playoffs now that they can't guarantee wins against us and Cards anymore. It seems the team has not really improved in big ways from when they were reigning kings of the NFC-W.

These are the OL metrics for SEA's OL, according to KC Joyner:

Steve Vallos C SEA 87.1
Chris Spencer C SEA 83.8
Walter Jones LT SEA 81.3
M. Wrotto RG SEA 81.1
Sean Locklear RT SEA 78.1
Ray Willis RT SEA 73.8

Team average = 80.87

80% or below for "win rate" is considered unacceptable. Their best player was the back-up center...and now they have a rookie in the mix. They should start Vallos at center again and put Unger at RG, but they are going to struggle at the tackle spots with Willis and Locklear, assuming Walter Jones can't make it back.

What are the Niner's win rate? I remember reading it wasn't too high.

Is it just for run blocking?

Shows how desperate Seattle is for a run game. Hasselbeck better be ready and healthy because he'll have no running game to support him.

I peed a little, in my pants. When I was one month old.

I don't feel too concerned about the Seahag offense this year.

I'm sure our run D will shut him down. On a side note, however, I hope he tears it up against other teams as I just added him to my fantasy roster as a backup.
