I wouldn't say he complained.
"One of their players said something to me and that's the last thing I remember."
He declined to identify the player who talked about the facial injuries the quarterback received during his June motorcycle crash, but said: "I'll remember his number."
"They made a little comment, but I won't bring it up right now," he said
I don't see that as complaining
But I think this is all a sign Ben should sit out multiple games, if not longer, or else he's going to have a relatively short football career due to multiple concusions.
Yeah, all he said is that some guy made a comment about his jaw/motorcycle accident and that he'll remember his number. I'd remember that number too.

I'm sorry, but that's pretty tasteless of whichever player that was...

Didnt name the guy. Didnt say the exact comment. Just said he was remembering the # (which is funny from a QB, but his o-line likely will remember too). Id say very little whining happened here.

Get a foam capped helmet or retire. He's got another concussion and now his feelings are hurt.
I can see the injury report... :rolleyes2:
"QB B. Roethlisberger (Q) (Head Concussion, Hurt V**ina). :nana:

What's funny is that if this was Alex Smith everyone would be in strong agreement with him.

It's always better when it's someone else. It's been the niners all the time, all beat up.

Yay for been, Steelers don't officially play the Falcons again until 2010 so whoever said it probably wont be on the team. Besides he had a concussion so anything he says after that hit is pretty much a moot point.

If Alex got a concusion after being in a motorcycle accident, I'd be saying we might want to draft a new QB, because his career is going to be a short one.

Well, Rothlisberger didn't out the guy in the press, and he's playing next week. I dunno what more you can ask from him (maybe not riding a motorcycle without a helmet, but let's assume he's learned from his mistakes).
He said he'll remember the guy's number, wonder what will happen? Can't imagine the Falcons will be playing the Steelers any time soon.

Maybe he knows a guy that plays for a team that plays against the Falcons and plans to call in a favor.

In my opinion, Ben has finally showed his true self. He is just an average QB who was asked to handoff the ball the majority of the time and throw a few passes here and there. In other words, he's not nearly as great as the "experts" make him out to be.
