Hey. The woman didn't even have to leave the stadium? What is that all about? If they were in the men's bathroom would she have atleast been asked to leave.

This just goes to show why people find public restrooms dirty

Yeah, unfortunately you can't. It must be some sort of public indecency clause. Or maybe a health code violation.:D

Actually it looks like he was charged with tresspassing (man in woman's bathroom) and obstruction (probably didn't want to stop when security came. makes sense)

Your team is getting it's butt kicked, you've been drinking all day with some hottie, and you've spent a few hundred bucks...might as well get a little action.

The dumb part was doing it in th women's bathroom, where chicks would complain about it.

I guarantee you if he did it in the guys bathroom, he'd be getting cheers and high fives over the stall.

This from the article to address people complaining about the charges. Sounds like they may charge him because he was in the women's room (and how he acted whern the cops got there), not for the sex act itself.

Also, it doesn't say the woman wasn't kicked out, she just wasn't detained or arrested.

Should have used the men's bathroom, nobody would have turned him in. It is legal to do this in SF, but it has to be 2 dudes.
