best blitzing D/best secondary?

I don't know about secondary but I really like what the Giants are doing on the line. Makes me wonder how long it'll be until other teams give this a shot.

Redskins secondary > Eagles secondary, and it's not really close, not even Tom Brady passed deep over the middle of us

Right the Redskins secondary, how bout no.

Philly has 2 pro bowl CB's but they're always hurt and one of the best Safeties in the NFL in Dawkins. Again they're always hurt, but when healthy they are one of the best.

Best secondary, not sure, I'll go with a sleep pick and say GB. Their CBs have shutdown most WRs they've played and the safety play hasnt even been that good.

Convincing argument there- "how bout no." I'm maybe the biggest Dawkins fan on this board, and a big Lito Sheppard fan, but that's about all they have. Considine sucks and Sheldon Brown is only ok. You're acting like you're unaware that LaRon Landry and Sean Taylor exist on the same team, and a nickel package of Shawn Springs, Carlos Rogers, and Fred Smoot isn't pretty dang good.

The Redskins had the best passing defense in the NFC using a mostly 4-man rush before they faced the Patriots, and even now with the Patriots game factored in they're still ranked better than the Eagles.

Bottom line- Eagles don't have the best secondary in the NFC East, let alone one of the best in the NFL, and I don't think many Eagles fans would even argue with that.

Gotta agree with you here, the Redskins secondary is much better then the Eagles. I'd put the Broncos secondary somewhere along the top also with a healthy Champ Bailey.

I admit, I have only watched one Bronco's game but their secondary did not impress me.
